Hi Shirley,
Just had a great afternoon with that rancher I told you about some time ago.
I was wrong...about the milkings they do ... it is only 2,500 milkings aday.
Margaret said you'd know what that meant. As twice a day?
Anyway, .

Thank you Nancy,
I almost am in a dream world of my own as my mother is only four years old
this past May...with her first baby last August of which I'm still feeding
twice a day. Here is the web site for this pair along with the 'older baby'
Phoenix.
http://members.tripod.com/~cherane/hyacinthbaby.html
I'll be making the album of this six month old baby as I also have one for the
mother, Velvet. I'm in the process putting pictures up on a site regarding
all the animal pictures I took in South Africa the six weeks visit I had this
past holiday season, thus very busy to say the least.

Hi Doris,
I have found soft music very good to help a bird recover from stress after a
move, puling babies or a new environment for his/her benefit. The oldies but
goodies get tuned in for all my large Macaws...:)

I'm thrilled to announce the hatching of the offspring of Velvets and Dolci
Blue, a hyacinthine Macaw. The great happening occurred at 6:04 AM. The
owners have named the baby 'Angel."
This seems to be a popular name! Can you tell I'm happy?

...How about we talk about my Hyacinthine that hatched out yesterday...it was
34 grams this morning...cute as the first one. I have it snuggled up against
a key ring stuffed animal...a pink pig. Did I tell all the name is 'Angel?"
My other baby hyacinthine just looks at his little creature with studying
eyes.
Here go look at my other hyacinthines....do you think that 'll make up for my
one pile of *mud* :)

Hey Sweetheart, Darling....Honey your the one who taught me about hybrids.
Did you already forget? How to put the two together...and come out with what
you came out with...I speak very well for aviculture...over 100 macaws to my
credit along with the Queens...and now the Hyacinthines...stayed away from
what you taught me till now. Oh yes...almost forgot very good with the Red
Fronted Macaws too...
Remember how I could just flick my wrist and a cockatoo would come popping out
from eggs all over the place...well, I have the same thing going with Macaws!
How about that Sweetie...:)

Lets see...my female has top priority...I want another male for her. Of
course, if you have a subspecies mature male just like my female...I'll take
him!
As I've looked for a male just like my pair for over five years for another
female Scarlet and haven't found one with clean bill of health. While
everyone tells me how plentiful they are, I sure haven't' found one...however,
if you can please bring him on out and I'll snatch him in a heart beat.
I want a bird for my female now......so I have chosen a Camelot for her ... if
I have babies...I'll not worry for none of my babies have been sitting in
trees thus far and I doubt if ever I'll send them to the rainforest....a pet
is a pet is a pet!
I have made up my mind to get a male for this little girl, and if I'm going
to be crucified better for something I like to have around for a while.
.....and when Blaze comes back to us, Scarlet and me...... ...I'll take the
Camelot for my personal pet. I doubt very much if the Camelot and my Scarlet
will breed with her so depressed and he'll keep her good company.
Of course, unless there is a nice big mature male Scarlet of my Scarlets
subspecies or origin//color markings or what ever...

At any rate, it is good to rule out this disease. Also, you might check to
see if the past owners used corn cob for bedding or ask them what they used.
Sometimes, this disease can take up to a year to 'show symptoms."
Please keep us informed of the situation at hand.

Hi Doris,
No, it had never been mentioned on recpetsbirds of my bird ever flying away.
He could not fly with a disabled wing he has...that threw the monkey in the
fire for the people who have my Macaw.
However, it seems that if he is found...maybe a lot of birds that are stolen
will be found...and that is a fact!
I could go into a great deal more but for the safety of my bird I will not!
Just make me boil how anyone can do this to a pair of birds, anybird.
Your apologies are accepted Doris.

This is my first week of knowing she is going to make it! She is so
depressed, however, she has pin feathers coming out now with color in her
feathers with some breast meat on her. This is my first week I do not have to
force feed her or give her ringers injections. She is talking to me but still
so depressed. She does go to her nest box each nite. I have tried seven of
her offspring each one in with her however, that didn't work for she scared
the youngsters.
I'm now looking for a Camelot Male for her till I get Blaze back.
They were together for 12 years...and have been with me since 92

That enough Len! You haven't the slightest clue to what your talking
about....not one clue! This Macaw was stolen! As far as flying...it cannot
fly!
If you make any more comments about my stolen Scarlet Macaw, I will hand this
over to the detective here and they'll have the detectives in California come
and hear all you have to say....you can tell them just how much you know about
my Macaw. I suggest you keep your mouth shut about me and my birds. Unless,
of course you want a visit.
One more thing for the readers of this list....I wasn't in this country when
my Scarlet was stolen ...I was in South Africa! I know where he is....and the
detectives know where he is........

Florida till I got him in 1993 of January. He is a Hyacinthine Macaw and can
be viewed at
<A HREF="http://www.plannedparrothood.com/seniors.html">Senior Psittacines
</A> I do have lovely pictures of this Jewel who is now 34 years old last
October...documented with cut closed rings and all Smithsonian paperwork ...
and Disney world.
Lets see....I do have some P. robustus robustus around here somewhere! Also
those adorable hyacinthine with you giving me your email I'll send some your
way...I would love that Phoenix would be in as he is my baby's baby..F2 ....
Many do not know what F 2 is.....
Also, I have some great shots of my scarlet mamma feeding her two babies in
the nest as I'm feeding her bananas...through the nest box door.......
I have a redfronts in a pin feather stage....one on his back with
others...hatching.
I have queens....or rose breast in the cockatiel stage..
My prize would be my photos of my trip to south africa....as these birds are
the same birds that rosemary low visited and took pictures of the very same
birds. I also have weaver birds building their nest in the trees..
get an idea of what I'm buidling
now....http://members.tripod.com/~cherane/outofafrica.html
you'll see all the mask weavers nest as I go down the Klip River.....yada
yaday yada...reason I asked if pictures were allowed for I have lions setting
in the trees.....
Interested I would love to contribute....someone once told me to do an article
for AFA and I think I might just do that! How ever it would be about a 'fly'
that goes after nesting...another problem with saving our Capes.

Hi Sue,
you and me both! I hate carpets, they are rags for the shoes as far as I'm
concerned. I will not use any vacuum cleaner or hair blower around birds. I
don't like what filters in and out through the vacuum and comes out through
all the bacteria and molds sitting in those bags...with the hair blower the
same thing, suck in the contaminates and blow them out onto the birds.
I pulled up all my carpet so I could breather a blessing in disguise...

Hello Pat,
Hi Pat,
Sometimes I've found that the younger ones, when frightened, have only one
way of showing us,.by biting. I have a Scarlet baby of around the same
age. When I took her sibling away (an older sister), she became afraid of
nearly everything, including the shadows around her. I found that instead
of dealing with her biting, for which I had a piece of wood that she held
onto when she was in my lap, I should actually be dealing with her sense of
insecurity.
This is now history with her, as I found a way to help her get over it....How?
By devising a program of games, rolling around on the floor with
her, door games, jumping rope and especially allowing her to fly around in
the house, under supervision and on command. I made this part of my regimen
in helping her regain her confidence, as an individual, without her having
to rely on her older sister as a constant companion. I now always look for
the following five things around one of my kids when having to deal with
biting or screaming, these are, ...mad, sad, glad or solitude and or scared.
It usually has to be at least one, sometimes more than one.
The wood is used to allow them something to channel their urge to bite, and
I give them permission to do so, when I feel it necessary, they are allowed
to bite, but only on the wooden block. I use 2x4's cut into blocks of
UNTREATED pine.
I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures of your playful kids. I would
love to tell you about the games I have worked out, to play with and to
socialize my Macaws into healthy, happy and fun adults. If you are interested,
please let me know.

I still have every single piece of writing on that list. On the contrary,
you're the one that wants to sound like a DVM or a mad surgeon as put by
Carol........I hire my DVM's.........I stayed on Genie till last year...I
didn't stay on YOUR pet board for I couldn't use the CAS DESIGNATION ......
. As far as my prescribing drugs...ridiculous! So, now five or almost six
years later your still burning even though your power or management position
made me not able to use my CAS and I would not stop using it. That is not DVM
... it is CAS! This is laughable...for I stayed on Genie till last year!
Btw, I'm still a certified avian specialist...but now I think with so many
babies under my belt...a hatch here and there...that speaks more of my
capabilities...
Meanness and cruelty you have shown to me in the past with the position you
held. I certainly would hope this is not going to be the case here. As far
as the dirt.....I wonder what that could be...gee, I haven't even had a
parking ticket don't smoke...drink or been to jail, not killed anyone, rob
anyone nor have I double parked.
Lets see...I was on BIN till it closed..hmmm.. I'm still on rec.pets.birds
If I choose to go and come to different list that is my business...I don't
need to account to you with regard to that at all ... with all your name
calling, your throwing fits about what ever I do...it is not going to change
me nor make me a what ever you configure I'm going to be...

I'm not sure for her own off spring she has rejected. I'm hoping that he
doesn't look like her mate......just a slim hope. I'll put her in the
quarantine with him but in different cages. I'm hoping with different
coloring, temperament that he'll stimulate her with wanting to live at least.
At any rate, I'll have a Camelot..if I can find a Scarlet at least mature for
her then I'll go that way, but I've been told that she'll refuse the Scarlet.

Doris, I have never tried to mate my baby scarlet with his momma ... my
scarlet is very depressed and just this week started to get up the speed of
life on her own...I tried to get my Scarlet motivated with company from her
own off spring..all of them.
I am a breeder of the hyacinthines....I'm very sorry you are not celebrating
this joy with me.

I also took the first seminar of which Dr.Clubb presented or taught........I
thought to support a qualified avian veterinarian in her presentation.
I think my history and records show my skills with Aviculture ... btw, a nice
topic in Dr. Clubbs presentation and the workbook.........regarding 'vacuum
cleaners."
My two day old Hyacinthine is 46 grams today.
Big and robust...sweet little darling angel.

Hello Sue,
Do I agree with you on that matter...as I just believe any little creature is
our love of the earth? Yes, I'm celebrating my hatch...as I would or do
celebrate annoys success of a hatching of a baby. Congratulations with your
baby blue...give him a scratch from me under his wing.

Doris, What ever you say about me in regard to the offspring of my rose
breast..all Rose breast are sold before the eggs are laid. I havent' the
notion of what your talking about...you calling me for a Rosebreast Cockatoo.
I haven't had a Rosebreast Cockatoo other then the parents for sale in retail
for a long time..if ever! not even for breeders that call me.
As far as Angel, she/he is sold and was the minute the baby hatched...I'm a
breeder in business. As far as my pricing...that is something I can determine
and very sorry if you don't like my prices. I usually have a good
relationship with those people who call me.
I sell my Rosebreast for $1,800 weaned with the AFA closed stainless steel
bands...you think that is to much? I've had the parents well over eight
years...as most of my birds have been here for years with me...and with two
pairs of Rosebreast in the nest at this time...I do not have a single baby
weaned available for you or anyone else...they are all sold, before they
hatch. If I quoted you a higher price it is because that is what I get for my
babies. Do you want to see a picture of my Rosebreast? Did you get a
Rosebreast?

Hello Marianne,
My suggestion is to put the canister with the blower outside or do not use the
vacuum cleaner at all. The minute the suction takes anything from the carpet
(rags for shoes that have been anywhere) into the bag...you throw out the
airborne bacteria, molds through the blower on the canister through the clean
air in your bird room. If you went to the pet store, vets office or another
bird owners house you bring into your house with your shoes onto your carpet
and this same bacteria ends up throughout your bird room......this is enough
to cause some problems with birds. If there is one sick bird, to vacuum is
one of the best ways to spread this throughout your bird room... I do not
have my birds on carpet for this reason.

Probably not ... first of all, the detectives have this and it is an open
case. I will not speculate for it is my Macaw that is involve and I want the
safe return of him.
Matter of fact, the State department have the case along with the other stolen
birds. I hope someone can figure it out then maybe the return of my bird will
happen.

Judith, I have a friend of thirty-three years named Judith...she gets very
upset with people who call her Judy....how about you? My name is 'Cherane."
There is one bird I'm talking about...quarantine is ten miles from my house.
If I'm getting a Macaw for my Macaw. This is the way it will with him. I do
not want a new bird in my house with my Scarlet.
It would do me no good to put him in quarantine and have my female die from
depression waiting two months...

Good! that is my business to market my babies. However this little one is
sold! And I think I said the baby was sold at the time of hatching! For
instance, I have a buyer for a hyacinthine....no eggs, no babies so I sent him
to another breeder..he waited for the egg, baby hatch...then picked it up at
seven weeks of age.
I have to admit though, I love to show off my healthy beautiful babies and
birds.

Phyllis,
I do sell unweaned babies to other Aviculturist! I bought my Hyacinthine at
five weeks of age. This aviculturist breeds large Psittacines! I assure you
that I *do not* sell unweaned babies to the public or one who tells me they
know how to hand feed.

Frankly Judith, Trying to belittling and shaming me for my throwing away
eggs is not becoming to an educated person as yourself. Calculations and
deductions as Watson was told by Sherloc is the answer to any 'debate' or
*questions needing answers.
Now, I do not believe I did a bad or terrible thing? In fact, I loss money
doing the practice I do...and I'll continue to do if I find my aviary is
overloaded and my parent breeders are on overload. I will not have a baby
that I have to 'get rid ' of for a cheap price nor will I give my babies away
to anyone.
And I do not believe the price I have for my Scarlet Macaws are out of line
with other breeders nor have they been out of line.
I hope I have explain my practice clear enough to all of you...When I throw
away an egg I just think throwing away a 'future unwanted baby" in a CLEAR
just laid egg.
I think it is a very sad day when Aviculturist beat up one another for the way
an Aviculturist runs their establishment in logically thinking they are doing
a well thought of practical decision for their breeding Macaws/birds. I after
all have had this pair (or did have) over seven years and love them dearly.
I'm after to do the very best for all my birds in my care and I do just that.
If, on the other hand, I had those babies, and sold them to just
anyone....maybe you might have a complaint...maybe but unlikely! Each time
you or anyone makes a comment to this practice of mine. I see and look at
thousands of dollars I've lost and I thought about this very carefully before
I did what I did. To bad, for a very good friend of mine told me I could make
a great deal more money by just incubating and selling them cheap to brokers.
Together we sum it up...and had many buyers for the babies to do just that.
At one time this pair had five eggs...with one clutch! I did sell two of
those babies out of the nest so the others before the remainder hatched and
survive. I sold those two babies that hatched to an another aviculturist and
still am selling to this aviculturist. So, the next clutch they laid four
eggs all fertile...I'll assure you they all four hatched and are in wonderful
homes for my sell price.
I have several Scarlet Macaws babies ... thank God, I can throw away CLEAR
EGGS! ...Lets see....ten eggs at let's make it real low..as I was offered by
the some who was trying to get my eggs from me along with my birds....back to
the figures...ten eggs at 250. Each...that comes out to $2,500 that I don't'
have in my pocket and that was for just eggs.
After all....IF I had hatched and IF I had sold them at one week of age ...
if I had the parents sit and hatch *IF, they had been fertile * I could have
sold them for the amount (lets make them real cheap) at 500 each...again at
ten eggs that would have been $5,000 dollars I don't' have in my pocket.
Now, I *do not* believe I did a bad or terrible thing. In fact, I lose money
doing the practice I do...and I'll continue to do if I find my aviary is in
any need of it... I will not have a baby that I have to 'get rid ' of for a
cheap price nor will I give my babies away.
or sell my eggs.
I hope I have explain my practice clear enough to all of you...just think of
me throwing away 'weight of money" in a CLEAR just laid egg.
I had a broker who came after me on recpetsbirds for I wouldn't sell my eggs
to him? Of course, you'll find others who are tiff with my practice...at any
rate, you'll not have to worry about that any longer for my male is gone.
My only concern now is if another aviculturist decides to do this practice
with the tiff I have received...I can understand the *brokering* of babies
very clear now.
I am in my forth day of feeding a hyacinthine....why not focus on this
subject.
Btw, I have beautiful pictures of this pair Blaze and Scarlet feeding their
babies in the nest as I'm feeding Scarlet through the nest door..you can zero
in close to see the babies if any one would like to see this picture just
email me....
. Along with the fact I'm feeding an adorable six month old Hyacinthine.

last issue of Watchbird. I think he pretty well sums up the idea.

Changed the subject line for those who want to *delete*
Make up your mind Len....am I rich or poor? The state of Florida is not about
to buy nor have they bought any bird, food, mortgage payment of the like for
me...matter of a fact, I didn't or haven't taken any social security,
assistance or the like from any agency due to the success of my breeding
birds. What ever has been done has been done on my own......
As far as ten years...again...your beefing up your own head. You haven't been
around me ten years! Matter of a fact, I think you'd better do some of your
own checking on GENIE and you'll find they took my money for at least three
years past from the SAME ACCOUNT ... oh, yes! My name Cherane Trajere, was my
business name...my BIRTH NAME on my BIRTH CERTIFICATE was and is Cherane
Pefley.
Again, you don't have a pot to piss in for anyone to go after you! However,
this time I'll *not* just sit and take your out and out LIES...or your crap!
I'm not rehabilitating now...nor vulnerable...are you capable of dealing with
me?
With this in mind...I'll make an attempt to put you and I back to where we
need to be for the sake of this list...and our Macaws, after all each time you
speak out against me you are killing my Macaws.....my babies, not me! You and
I are in the same community like it or not.
I'm sure you can be cruel and attacking...I know your way, you use your email
with interactions to use others to hassle those that come into direct conflict
with your plans of power, control.
Tell me what have you been doing through the last past years since 94? What
have you been doing with your life regarding contributing to our Aviculture
community? I'm all ears!
Btw, My pictures are going to be used in Rick Jordan's new book..and I'm not
even a professional picture taker...:)
... are you going to get into the late nineties and continue to share you
knowledge in a likable fashion as the old Len I once knew? It is obvious that
your have found a spot here and some adore you...(as I once) and I do have
MACAWS and this is a list for all...I will continue to participate (after all
I would nt want to live with your telling everyone that I got kicked off by
you) and I'm sure some will find my notes worthy to read.
talk about Macaws and life can be so much easier for you and I and this list.
I have plenty to talk about with my Macaws...for the record Len, I have known
you only since 92.
You bet I have every little email from you to the tune of you what beer you
drink and what cogs you smoke. To your sweet adorable self back in the old
days! Where and how you got your Greenwing babies..your and my little secret
you told me to keep quiet about...and I have kept quiet just for
practice....your picture with your cute little note...and a whole bunch more
when you were liking me those days........you shared a lot with me ... with so
much more.
Listen Len, enjoy your list.....be the wonderful educated knowledge person I
know you to be many moons ago ...I don't have the time in this world to help
others that I know you can do if you change your tune a little with them.
I've not understood how you have gotten to be so cruel and mean, (of course
practice makes perfect), when your old notes are from a heartfelt warm
likable chap giving information to others.
I'm interested in knowing other owners that the Macaw's own as well, finding
good homes for some of my babies. I'm still interested in what you have done
with your breeding, bird owning days since I've last heard from you with
regard to contributing to our Aviculture community. I don't care to live in
the past ten years...as I have so much going on in my life today...for
instance.
I just got back from spending six weeks in South Africa! Giving and learning
with exchanging information with regard to the African Psittacines. I just
hatched a Hyacinthine Macaw....I have a six month old Hyacinthine Macaw...you
remember Velvet the baby I and Don picked up in 94..at five weeks of age? I'm
onto my second baby she has given me. A veterinarian that I have known for
over five years put the male with me for Velvet. I ended up buying the male.
Yes, A veterinarian!
She and I are very good friends...
I hope you enjoy my success with the Macaws as you were one of the first to
share my joy with my Juda Ben Hur....my military ... remember? I still own
them Ben and his mate Ester!
By the way, I have pictures of my Military's if anyone would like to see them.
Cherane
Ps
I'm sure you can be cruel and attacking...I know your way, you use your email
with interactions to use others to hassle those that come into direct conflict
with your plans of power, control.
However, get over it....and get with today with making new memories..you'll
just kill your self with hate and contempt....I'm not going away.

It would or could be wonderful if I might say that most bird owners I approve
of having birds...not the case. Show me a person without compassion, caring,
understanding of the short comings of another, tolerance, patience,
encouragement, nurturing support and I'll show you the caretaker of a bird
that cries out this song in pain. Oh, God! Let me never become what I read
on this list. Understand what you practice you'll become, as I've seen the
change after many years of separation. One cannot separate the meanness and
cruelty of a bird or a human. Practice makes perfect no matter who or what
you practice. The practice becomes part of you and your makeup and you'll
live with it till you change. I have copied this to tell you people aren't
born this way, they *become* this way, mean and cruel.
I have already been faced with your cruelty and I shudder to think you'll
escape without a mark for you won't. You'll end up demonstrating this on your
birds one way or another.
I have seen you demonstrate this meanness and cruelty to others on this list
and not just to myself. I hope you remember we all have a common bond and
hopefully, that is the owning of a Macaw or many Macaws. Now, hopefully, we
can share and stop the meanness and the cruelty...for it will stay with you
forever.

I would never place a bird in a wet anything to warm it up. A
brooder/incubator is the best way and slowly warming up at that. I'm so sorry
to hear of your loss it is so hard to deal with a dying anything as I just
went through this with a Cat that I fell in love with in South Africa...can
you believe this...a cat! It was my time for this experience.
For a large bird as a Macaw...one can make a hospital out of their cage by
placing a 60 watt light bulb close to one end and cover the cage with a cotton
clean sheet and bring up the temp of the cage close to 88. One might warm up
the perch but be very careful to make sure the perch is not *hot* for the feet
or your inner elbow!
Make sure you use a temp gauge and do not place the bulb close to anything
that can cause burning. Lyons have a couple of units for heating up in these
emergencies...a good idea of always having one around. I have four of them.
They are ceramic with 25 watt red bulbs.

Ay, infertile eggs...I guess they wanted me to sell unwanted babies for a
couple of hundred dollars ..you know cheap so people could have them ...like
brokers, freebies...and the like .. just think I lost around hmm at 500 a
piece..$5,000 and their having a fit with my decision. and I'm the one
without the five grand! oh, yes another emailed me to say please take 650 for
a scarlet macaw...
So, that would bring it up to $6,500 I'm out of pocket change by throwing away
these eggs. Cannot win either direction I head for with some of these angels.
By, this keeps up we'll have authorities in telling us what we can do n what
we can''t do with our breeding facilities.
Thanks for the benefit of a doubt...

You've brought up an interesting observation...When I treated the infested
Baby Grays with a treatment for dogs and cats...Front Line it is called ...
one of the warnings was to make sure you washed thoroughly after using it. It
could cause major problems with humans having respiratory and rash if left on

Stan, has the dog been treated with any "drop on the back" meds for fleas?

Good point other then the manipulating the environment. I'm in Florida and on
the ocean. I have moved them, remove their nest box, no lights you name
it...the conditions are just perfect here to make these birds happy birds.
And in the ten years I have been here, I have never had any kind of stress as
you have named above. I bought special formula from Howard to give my
Scarlets for excessive egg laying and pulled them. The stress is very hard on
them when they are feeding and taking care of babies. It amazes me how one
assumes the worst in me about my own birds and just how wonderful all of you
are with my birds....my birds!
I feel like I joined some government agency here not a Macaw list!

The one and two day old baby grays had maggots in the ears and nares from a
fly that thrives off nest babies. The veterinarian had me treat the babies
with this 'front line for the maggots. This stuff kill the cat! Made the
lady of the house come down with respiratory problems and a rash just from
holding her treated dog.
Thus the reason I asked if by chance he treated his dog with anything similar?

Norma, if you reread my post ...I made it very clear that I was putting him
next to my Scarlet in separate cages....many came back with my quarantine
practices ... if it isn't one thing it is another...I also said that when I
got Blaze back....the Camelot would be my pet!
This is a real hassle to share my grief of loss my scarlet, my celebration of
my hyacinthine hatching. I make a post of that and have coming back at me for
my way of spelling hyacinthine.
You guys are something else! However, someone else jumped on the bandwagon
about my breeding hybrids...and I followed through now that I really don't
give much for what I do....it is my business and none of you do I owe a thing.
you certainly haven't given any credit or happiness for my baby I'm feeding
here around the clock...or any of the other birds I breed.
What is this...a rape gang? All of you just join in for the next punch and
call that great enough to make popcorn? Do you really think your going to get
through this world unhurt? So far that is what I'm seeing a pack of a gang
trying to out do each other with your meanness.
.. And to think you all own Macaws!

Me too...you know I would...I'd love one...Howard called me last nite..he is
going to try hard to find me one for her...God, it is nice to have friends!
I'm lifted by his call...and your kind replies and Lawrence devoted attention
to fight for me.
I'll take this time to thank all of you who have emailed me with support,
thoughtfulness and your kind words.
It s just sad, that more celebration could not have happen here with the
hatching of my hyacinthine baby.

Yes, I wrote that ... after I wrote about the Macaw being in another cage and
a fit was given about the quarantine.
However, my breeding practices are my own business...I have the respect of
those people who I need to like and love me. No one here do I need to please.
You don seem to understand that I had no intention of putting the Camelot with
my female..however after my freedom of doing thus has been attacked...I really
do not care what you like or not like...I'll do what I need to do for my
aviary and my Scarlet.
No one seem to happy when I said they would go to ten miles from here and be
in separate cages so now.....so what? Do you think I'm here to please you?
Most of you have followed through with being mean and cruel with your remarks
of my babies, birds and not to mention me.
So, Lawrence have no fear...I will put the Camelot after quarantine with my
Scarlet female.....and guess what...I will do this just as an out of my mouth
to show I have that freedom to do just that! I respect you and Don, and many
others...however some of the most world known aviculturist breed hybrids...and
they are just now telling me...they thought I was one of these purist of
heart...God, forbid!
So, just don't argue with these people they now can say I'm a hybrid breeder.
I know for a fact, some others on this list breed hybrids...or use to breed
hybrids. I hate to think they quit just for this group.
Sorry If I'm disappointing you Lawrence and Don...its that old Freedom thing
that has me...

I wont even quote your nonsense. I do not really care what you think and I'm
not interested in pleasing you with any answers. Matter of a fact, Lady...I
don't owe you any explanation about my eggs, birds or breeders.
What do you people do take courses on attacks? What have you been told that
you have formed such a hostile opinion of me?
It's very obvious to me your just needlessly attacking anything you think you
can squeeze. Do you understand I'm going on sixty...and I don't owe you a
thing, your not buying any of my birds...your not the government, or any
permit holder! Your the kind of person I fight to make sure I retain my right

questions you have...including take away any of your hostile attitude.
of course, just my humble opinion

And again, my loss I didn't collect money for what ever would have could have

I have received many post from 'friends ' on this list. They apologize for
your conduct. I will continue to defend myself with regard to my birds,
babe, eggs. You should be happy that I fight for my right as a breeder as in
my doing so...all AR people who just wait for opportunities as this jump right
on in here to add fuel to the fire. It is not Cherane doing this to you...you
are doing it to all breeders when you attack my rights regarding my babies and
my birds.
The fact MAP is a qualified international voluntary program shows my
dedication to the Avicultural Community. You have taken an opportunity to
needlessly injure my person and my aviary and when good Aviculturist as I, are
no longer, you hurt your own selves with regard to owning a bird.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures.
